Hi Greg,

Yes, seems to be good to stay away from wheat products as well as

milk. It's getting harder and harder to find nice cookies. In

Canada, people are slowly moving to bottled water. The end of the

world is nigh.

I highly recommend Psyllium Husk powder dissolved in water drunk

before bed at the end of the day. (Perhaps not every day.) It is

completely disgusting but gives wonderful clean-out kind of the

equivilent of a colonic. One's sheaths positively glowing the next

day.

Hey Tony, Jan, Harsha and other nutritionists,

Tony mentioned the mucosa-producing characteristics of decomposing meat in

the intestines. I have also noticed that wheat flour can also produce

mucous and other fluids in unusual places. Watery eyes, sniffles, mild

bloating of different parts of the body, etc. Has anyone else seen that?

A Colombian friend of mine who teaches yoga says that in Latin America, the

holistic health practitioners explain this by saying that there are tiny

microscopic parasites in wheat flour.

Love,

Hi Joyce,

Yes, milk has been out of my diet for 16 years, as it gives me asthma. I

drink only bottled water too, oxygenated or distilled. About psyllium husk

powder -- I actually used to take that with fruit juice and protein powder

as my healthy breakfast, with good effect. But then when I went for a

colon irrigation one day on the recommendation of a friend ("Oh honey, you

*must* do it), the irrigationist said not to do it. She said it bloats and

is unnecessary and could be very bad.... On your recommendation I'll try

it again, at night. How soon after eating, and how soon before bed?

Hi Joyce,

When I went on my big diet, at first it seemed there was nothing left to

eat! :)) But I discovered lots of other kinds of flours... rice, potato,

soy, corn, amaranth, etc. It's hard to make good bread that way, but

pretty easy to make good pan bread or biscuits. I had fun finding out what

change it made to throw in more potato or more rice. :))

I'm not much for cookies, but I think with a little oil and some fruit for

sweetener... and extra potato flour makes things smoother, rice flour

makes them crispier.

I've been toting in bottled water for years... I don't trust city water

any more.

I think the world is gonna get cleaned up one way or another... better if

we do it ourselves. :)

Hi again,

I never trust a 'professional' -wee joke. I haven't found the

psyllium powder at all bloating. In fact the cure for all bloating.

But these things are very individual and different for different

times. I just take it on occasion right before bed. I think one can

also take it a few times a day but Im too lazy. And even in juice

it's disgusting.

To feel really good and clean and when I can get organized, theres

nothing like a water and carrot juice regime after having first

cooled down into it with salads. Then after one has enough of feeling

really good with the juices and has even started to be very inventive

with green juices, what my family calls mum's compost drink, one

starts eating again very lightly. At this point after the light

juice 'fast' (not a true fast) mind is tuning into prana and thus

very clear about what the body needs. With all fasting even with the

juices, enema is useful to help body rid itself of toxins. This is

where my friends usually stop fasting with me (O God, Joyce, Id

rather die). But probably the powder would work instead.

Occasionally I really go for it and have wheat grass growing

everywhere - all this very fun to do with a friend - one spends hours

juicing, giggling and discussing the situation of one's bowels. I did

the colonic regime at a health farm ashram place - you could always

tell who had just had a colonic the way they where dashing off at

great speed to their room.
