Guest guest
"What do you mean you can't be a vegetarian" I said. If I can do it with the skinny body, you can too. That was twenty years ago and then I learned some heavy lessons in humility and tolerance. I even got my whole family to go along with it "the diet". Then, my grandson was born. He was screaming constantly and kept getting colds etc. We had studied Macrobiotics in L.A and Boston so we called a practitioner and tried her suggestions. Nothing worked, so my wife took him off the vegetarian diet and he was not longer sick anymore. Then, I found that I ran out of flesh food that was stored in my body since birth. The depression set in as I tried one vegetarian diet after another. Nothing seemed to work, even though tried almost every combination, including supplements. Now. I follow the 10 10 80 diet and only eat limited amount of flesh food. The 5 masters that initiated me, and that I no longer follow, said that I should just die rather than break my vows. No more depression. If you are depressed and vegetarian, maybe its your diet. LOL. Love, Alton
