Guest guest
Hi Alton, If I were a teacher I could pass on the meditation. Unfortunately, Im not a teacher. I might not be violating rules but I would be violating you. I'd have to adopt you. Still, if you think of someone you love who perhaps is in suffering and you concentrate with all of your mind and heart that the results of your practice would relieve that person of suffering, then I rather think that you will have results far beyond my experience. I hope that this is your destiny. Other than that, mind of violating rules arising........enduring....dissolving. Yes, another shitty day in paradise. Love, Joyce Joyce: How about sharing that Bamboo meditation with me? I dont believe that it was the technique that did anything. You were just destined to have that experience. You might have had the same thing happen while triping over a rock. You could share that technique with a million seekers and nothing would happen, except if that was there destiny. You might just tell someone of your experience and they would have the same one, if they were open enought to it. I have violated all the rules that Iyengar claims would be dangerous and nothing happens. So, I presume that he only wanted to be in control because of his power needs. I would like to try it, to prove that nothing will happen and then you would not have any hesitation with sharing it to souls that ask? Thanks in advance, Alton here in paradice and not suffering enough You may contact me at lostnfoundation
Guest guest
Joyce: Thanks anyway and for spelling paradise correctly. I had this funny feeling that I was spelling it wrong. It should not matter to me as paradice is paradise anyway you spell it. Can you believe that my wife and I originally from N.Y. ended up here. Love is all you kneed while baking. You were Namaste All, The best bamboo meditation is the didgeridoo one way pranayama! Get a good hollow bamboo pole and blow a mantra hard into it until your face turns first red and then blue. At this stage the soul will temporarily leave the body. Second system is to lay a few poles on the ground and lie on them. Have a spiritual associate then spank you hard with a frayed bamboo pole on your bare bum. This will initially cause a confusion to arise on whether you are in the body or not and to 'Whom', this is really happening. After a while, your hoars voice will definately scream a mantra and the soul will leave the body temporarily. If you have sexual sadistic feeling during the spanking it is because the K is rising and the Sakti is blessing you. Its called a good old pole rise in bamboo. ONS...Tony. Paths, places, sights, perceptions, and indeed all experiences arise from and exist in and subside back into the Space of Awareness. Like waves rising are not different than the ocean, all things arising from Awareness are of the nature of Awareness. Awareness does not come and go but is always Present. It is Home. Home is where the Heart Is. Jnanis know the Heart to be the Finality of Eternal Being. A true devotee relishes in the Truth of Self-Knowledge, spontaneously arising from within into It Self.
