Guest guest
Namaste All, 'A fish rots from the head.' Well the televised death of Tim McVeigh, will allow him to demonstrate his expiating of karma whilst people watch their future karma unfolding. That is those that are happy or vengeful about the execution or support it, whilst viewing it, will no doubt have to come back in a future life and experience it. Sam Gilstrap who was the executioner at Huntsville always had problems with his wife. After an execution she wouldn't let him in the house with his clothes on and he had to hose himself down in the backyard. Sam said viewers were always disappointed with only one death and got excited when there was going to be multiple executions. He favoured the 'chair', over injection for he could do a dummy run in the hours before the execution and terrify the condemned man, with the wow wow wow sound. He felt that he should suffer more. There were other gross examples of botched executions in the Vancouver Sun article as well. When violence and State murder are sanctioned from the highest level, no wonder it emulated in the street level. I don't want to go into the abbatoir thing again either. Thou shalt not kill, says it all. Thou shall not interfere with another sentient beings karma, man or animal. There you go guys......ONS.........Tony. Paths, places, sights, perceptions, and indeed all experiences arise from and exist in and subside back into the Space of Awareness. Like waves rising are not different than the ocean, all things arising from Awareness are of the nature of Awareness. Awareness does not come and go but is always Present. It is Home. Home is where the Heart Is. Jnanis know the Heart to be the Finality of Eternal Being. A true devotee relishes in the Truth of Self-Knowledge, spontaneously arising from within into It Self.
