I promise I will not do this on list, I will address you by phone from now on, for the Maharshi(phone)line seems to be an excellent tool to transmit enlightenment, and I would really like to receive a bit of enlightenment from you. I am sure that even just a little glimpse would suffice to put me into a permanent bliss. Oh by the way, I have a list too, an you are welcome to advertise any time... but since it is mostly an artistically/poetry oriented list maybe you could do it in rhyme? :-) Love and thanks, Mira ps: anyone (Greg?) got any good suggestions for a bad anemia? I am already drinking gallons of bancha tea.... Hi Mira, You don't need any enlightenment from me. You are Enlightenment. You are certainly most welcome to advertise your list and please continue posting your poetry here with Mark. Anemia - lack of iron. Spinach, Broccoli, legumes, wheat, and eggs have iron I believe. By the way, I read somewhere that too much iron is related to cancer. Does anyone recall that story? Any advice from nutritionists? What is bancha tea? Never heard of it before. Love Harsha http://welcome.to/mirror PerceptionsOfLife /join All paths go somewhere. No path goes nowhere. It accumulates and that is one of the most serious health related reasons for abstaining from meat consumption - because the human body has no alternative but to absorb the iron. Cancer or not, I forgot, not being a meat-eater that is irrelevant. Iron from green leaves together with veggies containing lots of vitamin C - unless handicapped with abnormal digestion, that's enough for the body to get the iron it needs.. The issue of iron-poisoning appeared in several threads on usenet medical groups, some years ago. Love, Jan
