President Bush is also pushing for greater use of nuclear power, which (as far as the Earth's atmosphere goes, anyway) happens to be a far "cleaner" method of power generation, producing much less carbon dioxide. Yet nuclear power is not without its problems (waste disposal being one of the 'biggies'). Just thought i would point that out... in a sense (at least as far as "the greenhouse effect"), the push for more use of nuclear power balances out Pres.
