Guest guest
Dear Tim, Before you read the following, Tim, I have no qualms with you, the words from your email just allow me to say a few things, hopefully shedding some light. You wrote: > ... If there were any "Realized Beings" on this list or any other > Internet list, it is almost a certainty they will not reveal > themselves as such... "...Almost a certainty..." ? Almost a certainty is no certainty at all... "One reason is that..." ? A realized one is un-reasonable... > ..."Realized Being" does not > see themselves as such, > but as Pure Awareness only... " ...see themselves as..." ? Realized ones do not see themselves "as anything," not even "as Pure Awareness." Realized beings realize reality. Nothing special to be read into that. Realization is simple. What is known *about* reality is conceived, illusion, notion The illusive ingredients of suffering... Illusion--->suffering, Suffering--->illusion. Suffering is thinking about reality, questioning reality, second-guessing reality. A question is already illusion, there is nothing to know. It is very humorous to be questioned or hear a question to be doubted or see doubt to be feared or see fear to receive anger or see it to be made to feel guilty or to see guilt expressed to be seen as deficient or to be told about deficiency Humour--->compassion--->loving kindness & vice versa. Suffering is not reality, Illusion is not reality, That is why it is called illusion. A realized one knows nothing, no illusion, no suffering, not even nothing. A realized one has nothing to know. Anyone not realized will say that illusion is reality as well... That is the very thing that the unrealized tries to convince a realized one of. To no avail... A realized one compassionately understands that... Anything _about_ reality and realization by believers and non believers is 'blih-blah-bloh'. Funny how the illusive person seems to know the who, what, where, how, why and when of the realized, but especially the not who, not what, not where, not how, not why and not when... > Since you yourself said "I am not Realized," > then who are you to tell others what is right > and what is wrong, when you yourself are > not an "Enlightened Being?" May all realize in a jiffy. It is not hard and I recommend it. Suffering is lotso' work, I don't recommend it.
