Guest guest
Namaste All, First of all before I upset all the verbal non dualists. I'm not here youre not here and it didn't happen at all. Having said that let me again talk of vibrations and radiations. The only difference between a human and an animal is the potential to develop the awareness sheath. When we reincarnate we take the awareness sheath along with us. What we eat, see, read listen to etc all contribute to pollution of all kind of vibrations in our minds. Eating rajasic and tamasic food contributes a lot to this. So even if one has no problem with eating meat, per se. There is the ingestion of animal vibrations, and the last vibrations of its life particularly. Then there is the contribution of onions, spice and other foods on the mind. All this contributes a heaviness, and an impediment to realisation/yoga This has nothing to with intelligence, a genius could be a spiritual gnat. Sadhana is a whole process, bhakti is the easiest for why carry your bags on the train when putting them down, will relieve you. Much intellectual discussion is just a diversion and goes nowhere really. Even to appreciate 'Who am I?', there has to be some spiritual awareness, otherwise it is just an intellectual exercise. One cannot nullify the validity of the world until one is realised. Up til then it is real enough, as Sankara said. If you are a non dualist go out and hit the wall and see if it is still real for you. We can not abdicate, and go into non dual speak, that is mental insanity without sadhana......ONS......Tony. Stop mis-identifying with what you are not, and stop projecting "what it is like" for "one who is Realized." These mental projections of the future are keeping you eternally in some imaginary future. Surrender to the Here and Now. Namaste, Omkara

Congratulations, Tony, you have finally transcended the incessantly pedantic and have now managed to embody the utterly ridiculous -- all the while chiding others for your own invention: "verbal non- dualism."
