Guest guest
Snake River Serenade 1. The sun's beating down on this old guitar, and the mountains are much too far away. And I wonder what I'm doing here today. 2. Myjourney's taken me many a mile, and still I wear a smile upon my face. But I wonder what I'm doing in this place. Chorus We are children; weare dancing on the Earth. There's a reason; I feel it in my bones. When will we realize we're going Home. This is our Home. 3. Everywhere I've gone, things are pretty much the same, and I'm so weary of the games that I could cry. And I wonder if there's any way to make it right. 4. It's too easy to point a finger at you, and I'm so passionate eat times that I could fight. And I wonder when will I just let go and ride the Light. Chorus We are children; we are dancing on the Earth. There's a reason; I feel it in my bones. When will we realize we're going Home. This is our Home. 5. There's scarcely a leaf moving in the air, and the corn's yellow hair touches the sky. And I wonder, oh I wonder; sometimes I wonder why. 6. The sky is full of light; the mountains are ablaze, and I can't see through this haze in my eyes. And I wonder when will we stand at peace between the Earth and Sy. Chorus We are children; we are dancing on the Earth. There'sa reason; I feel it in my bones. Whenwill we realize we're going Home. This is our Home.
