Guest guest
Dear Alton: Thank you. My life brings tears to my eyes and pain to my heart on constant daily basis and the problem is that I don't why because I have such a wonderful life as compared to many other lives I observe. Suppose that is why I became a miserable seeker. There has to be more to life than what I know. I observe other people who seem happy and loving and wonder why I can't feel that way, why I must contend with these attack thoughts that tell me I a piece of crap. Maybe they are right? Peace, Michael COMO KASHA wrote: > Hi Michael: > What great courage you have. Guest guest
Dear Michael: Studies have shown that asthma patients who write about their condition each day, show a remarkable diminution of their condition. Your have demomstated that you have the power to do the following process. Try this process for one or more hours per day. Questions: 1: They me something about my depression that I an unwilling to experience 2: Tell me something about my depression that I am willing to experience. Repeat quesions one and two. Write or type you answers to these aforesaid quesions and repeat for the time that you have available. Write whatever comes to you mind without censoring it. Askknowledge each answer with a thank you etc. Love, Alton
Guest guest
Correction to the process below. It should read Tell me something about THE depression.. not my depression. , "COMO KASHA" <lostnfoundation> wrote: > Dear Michael: > > Studies have shown that asthma patients who write about their > condition each day, show a remarkable diminution of their condition. > Your have demomstated that you have the power to do the following > process. > > Try this process for one or more hours per day. > > Questions: > > 1: They me something about my depression that I an unwilling to > experience > > 2: Tell me something about my depression that I am willing to > experience. > > Repeat quesions one and two. > > Write or type you answers to these aforesaid quesions and repeat for > the time that you have available. > > Write whatever comes to you mind without censoring it. > Askknowledge each answer with a thank you etc. > > Love, > Alton
Guest guest
Hello Michael, I am taking the time to write to you. The flowers are planted, I am more often out with the birds than in front of this screen. No TV, no radio, I come on the net to do my banking, look at the weather broadcast (that is more often wrong than rigth in its prediction) and read a few emails from this list. I am less behind the simple word that one can type and more behind the song of each bird, the wind moving the new leaves on the trees, the sun shining its joy. I have less to tell you than your own heart does. May each breath bring you joy, Antoine - Michael Bindel Monday, May 24, 2004 7:17 AM Re: Re: Urgent request HARSHA Dear Antoine please write me!
