On rare occasion when I was in deep meditation and I asked the Question Who AM I, I got a rush. I will follow what my mind or intuition tells me to do each time I meditate. I change techniques like crazy. I change > techniques like crazy. That was how i did it too, when techniques still seemed interesting. i guess some call that an 'eclectic path'. Some recommend "picking a spot and digging a deep well" rather than "a bunch of shallow wells," but it never 'worked' that way here.
