There is no real self that one can see, only be. Aloha, Alton here ar 846pm eating dinner at the computer after a very full day. Up tomorrow at 2 or three I will see it I can sit for 3 hours. The best I have done is 2 3/4 with tremendous pain. Yes I am competitive, but that is what God gave me or the universe if that is your model.
