Guest guest
Hi Alton! Hi Omkara aka Tim: Thanks for you views, but remember they are just emanating from your conditioning and not the truth. Sure -- as are "your" views and "my" views ... And your idea that there is some truth beyond conditioning, is also emanating from "your" conditioning ... And as there is clarity about this issue -- ah! (snip)How many realized being are they that meet my standards. Maybe 4 or 5 on this earth if that many. Nisargadatta may have had only mental and spiritual powers but not Moksha. Anigorica Munindra, I might not be spelling him name right, was Joseph Goldsteins mediatation teacher. He came to talk at a Vipassana group here and said that Ramana did not reach the highest in Buddas cosmology. He said that he reached a very high state though of Universal consciousness. I dont remember the stages in Buddism so I cant give you more about it. At the time I reacted to what Munindra said and did not ask more questions. I should have asked him how he knew the above. Of course, you know that he was accused of ravishing the females at Barre and when Joseph asked him about it Munindra refused to answer. All just "drama" -- Humans separate drama into "day to day dramas" and "spiritual dramas" But .. they are just "human dramas" Beyond evaluation, having neither "spiritual" nor "mundane" components is this very "now" from which we speak ... Will the true guru please stand up and take a bow? LOL! Love, Dan
