An intersting point

Namaste All,

 

A little off topic but Canada Day was on the 1st, and it is

interesting that without the American War there would have been

little or no English Canada.

 

For the American War was essentially a Civil War with Americans

fighting for and against the British. Refugees who had their property

confiscated were given new land in Ontario so founding English Canada.

 

Cornwallis, who never surrendered but capitulated, and his British and

American associates kept all their business investments, and companies

in the new country........ONS.....Tony.
