In a sense, that applies to "everyone" -- since words essentially consist of "our own conditioning." Most messages seem to be far more 'about' the writer than the person ostensibly appearing "on the other end." That said, the 'mirror's up' scenario does seem to appear either more often or with more clarity in "certain individuals" :-).
