It could be called "The will to live/enjoy." This desire is absolutely pure, as it is nothing but "Beingness" Itself. If "the desire to be" should happen to go (it cannot be willfully dropped), the root of desire is cut -- desire itself is ended, but the body will likely continue living due to 'momentum'.
