Guest guest
Dear list members, A little while ago I expressed to Tony, that given the way he was communicating his appreciation of others, and unless there was a radical turn-around in his notions, that he would quickly come to a point of callousness. Merriam Webster: cal·lous 1 a : being hardened and thickened b : having calluses 2 a : feeling no emotion b : feeling no sympathy for others Etymology: Middle French calleux, from Latin callosus, from callum, callus callous skin Tony may well have reached that point now. Some of us on this list know emotionally and physically, what follows after callousness...it is not pretty. Good thing that are an *electronic* means of exchanging viewpoints. With this medium of and email come electronic behaviours that we now might have to apply new words to. Under the heading of electronic personality disorders: e-sociopathic personality disorder e-psychopathic personality disorder I am not suggesting that Tony has reached any one of those stages yet, but unless there is a radical turn-around in his notions he may very well be on his way. I have asked Harsha and Amanda to remove Tony from the list. For the love of Tony and all of us, Wim. PS. It is with great trepidation that I press the Send button... but here goes
Guest guest
Dear Wim: Thanks for your suggestion, but it wont work. has found that out on the stock boards. People can sign in under different names on different computers. Since I am so changable I have changed my name so much that they would not let me do it anymore, so I just got a new one on my wife computer. A much better solution is just not to answer Tony. I am spending too much time reading answers to his beligerent posts and may go to other boards even though I love this one if you folk keep engaging him. Let me know what you decide? Others here too? Just please stop anwering him so I dont have to read him. It's become a tremendous drain on my precious time.
