Effective today, please accept my resignation as ECD psychic. I have sincerely enjoyed my 2 year tenure on the ENER board, and have appreciated all that you have done for me. I have accepted an offer with another board and plan to start my new position on June 10, . I came to this difficult decision because I would like to pursue opportunities in the Harsha board, and I feel this position will be advantageous to my spiritual growth. I will work with you to turn over my responsibilities and help ensure a smooth transition. Again, thank you for the opportunity to be a part of Energy conversion Devices. and for the training and guidance you have provided over the years.
