Are you aware that you have not yet come to terms with the anger that you have bottled inside? The very fact that you react like you do to Tony's anger is proof postitive that you need to untie those energy knots that are preventing you from truly loving all of creation. You may say that you love, but your words belie your internal anger. Love you and its ok to attack me and release some of that bottles up anger. I grant you permission to do that now. I wont leave because you do. Alton you friend always. Try this process too. Place two chairs facing each other. Sit in one and talk to Wim in the other. 1st question: Tell me something about anger that you are unwilling to experience? Then get up and sit in the opposite chair and answer any way you like. There are no wrong answers. Then get up and go back to the opposite chair and acknowledge with a thank you or thank you for telling me etc. Then ask: Tell me something about anger that you are willing to experience. Then get into the other chair and answer it. Then get up and move into the opposite chair and asknowledge. Continue repeating the same two questions and when you answer always asknowledge. This will with effort untie those very constriction energy knots that are poisoning you life and others too. Love you much keep in touch, Alton p.s Thanks for the personal email too. I wont read any of your posts or replies to them unless and until you apologize to Papa Swan OM, for your unjustified attacks on him/her. Since you seem to have blasted him/her off the list you will need to send a personal as well as public post to satisfy this yogi. I know that you have co-opted this in-group list and they will not offer you any condemnation, but so what. I have experienced ingroups on many times before.
