Guest guest
Dear Wim, Entirely aside from perceived "problems," the topics (life and death) make for lively, interesting discussion :-). Seen here, it can't really be derived from such discussions whether the life/death duality is seen as a "problem" or seen as "just another interesting topic." It's quite obvious that words don't communicate so-called "advaita" (except when used as pointers, for the purposes of "teaching" [i use that word very loosely and cautiously]). After nearly 3 years of "attempting to discuss" nothing else, the topic has become moot -- a mailing list environment is perhaps the poorest means of "communication" as far as the so-called nondual perspective. So let the "greats" like Ramana continue to point... even though there is nothing to "point to" and nobody to do it <smile>. > THIS > IS > THE > MIRACLE > > THIS IS IT > THIS IS ALL THERE IS TO THIS So... that said, shall we turn our computers off and simply remain 'absorbed' in the Self? :-). But that "absorption" is not interrupted or blocked in the slightest by lively discussion or even by thinking... the "Source of thought" remains always "aware of Itself." Thought in fact is "in the background." Love, Tim
