Guest guest
Hi Alton, Speaking of eating the Bible.... I used to be a member and a deacon in the Christian pentacostal fundamentalist church. It was very strict, approaching the Hasidic degree of strictness. We were not supposed to read any books other than the Bible. And of course there was great value placed on in-depth knowledge of the Bible. If someone had memorized great portions of it, was able to quote at length, and at the drop of a hat, we'd say, "Old Alton, well, he jes' swallowed the Book!" Guest guest
Alton, That's a funny one! I'm maturationally young, but not chronologically. Although there's just a bit of hair left on my head, I still like to eat Cap'n Crunch cereal, drink root beer, ride a bike, and watch movies with lots of car chases!
