Bruce-Penelope's relevance

Thanks Bruce... actually, Penelope is 'jealous' of other cats and

won't tolerate them anywhere in the vicinity. One of those cats that

easily get nervous and prefer a very quiet environment with few

disturbances or intrusions (not amenable to 'strangers'). She often

follows me around like a dog (playfully grabbing at my legs with her

paws).

 

She also doesn't like being alone in the apartment for more than an

hour or two.

 

Very unusual, a "one-person" cat (much more common in dogs, as i'm

sure you're familiar). i am living with my brother and Penelope will

tolerate him (and occasionally grab his lap) but spends most of her

time somewhere 'in my vicinity'.
