Guest guest
Dear Jan: It is my spouses daughter who has asthma. The Viet psychic LON here in Hawaii can look at your body and tell you where you are physically challanged. She said with me it is my lungs. My grandfather had chronic asthma. I would have it too but I have the solutions. 1. Low fat diet, the 10 10 80 diet which means 10 percent fat or oil, 10 percent protein and 80 percent carbohydrates. 2. No dairy. 3. Swimming or some other exercise that works the lungs. 4. Consciousness raising stuff. For some, that has to go as far as Natural Hygiene.. Products from highly processed flour and peanut butter have been mentioned as culprits in many cases too... Pranayama also could be beneficial, to the extent of a complete cure... Love, Jan
