That is why I am apparantly here. That is to work on giving up my binding "self" strangling attachments. I like this group even with there pecadillos and foibles, so I am staying for the time being. Actually I expected much more hostility towards me and was quite surprised by the kindness here. Love, Alton who is always the Self" unrealized so far.
