Dear Harsha do you feel like answering today?

Harsha I really love you very much but GOD wants me to direct tough

love toward you. If someone then asks me who is GOD? My answer will

be, who isn't.

Here are the Questions again. If you retract you Realization

procramation I will not ask you these silly questions. However a new

set will appear.

Your wrote: I realized God in 1980.

What does that mean?

You have no more "I" thoughts?

You dont want anything?

Nothing ever goes wrong in your world?

You never get angry from outside events or inside

events?

When you realized "GOD", what happened? Did you get

any headaches like UG?

Was there a change in your body on a cellular level?

Why do you have a need to announce it to the world?

I ask these questions out of seeking and love, not to

be hostile.

I'll add a new one. If you are realized do you still meditate, and

why do you if your answer is yes?

Hi Alton,

When you were a kid, you must have been one of those that keep on

asking "are we there yet? are we there yet?" until finally mom gets

a headache and takes 3 aspirin, and dad just sighs and keeps

driving ;-).

The journey is the goal. If you want what's at the end, all i can

say is that it involves a ride in a hearse to the cemetery.

Hi Alton,

I'm not sure, but here's how it strikes me. I think the "1980" post of

Harsha's you are speaking about was written as a tongue-in-cheek response

to a post on the Advaitin list. Are you on that list? A new member of

Advaitin had written a message claiming his own God-realization and the

powers that grew therefrom. He listed his website and announced that he

would take questions. It seemed that this guys's post was *not*

tongue-in-cheek - it looked like he really meant it! In any case, that

first post plus Harsha's witty reply gave rise to a small string of similar

announcements from the various members of Advaitin. It was entertaining,

since that Advaitin list is a pretty serious place most of the time.

Hi Viorica,

Beautiful name! I notice you are going to work now, your message was

stamped 5:47am. Many hours' difference from U.S. EDT, which is where I am.

Are you writing from somewhere in Asia?

Dear Greg:

This is a copy and paste of Harsha's post which follows. When Harsha

said , "sometimes I send mine

about Realizing in 1980 (which is true)." I may be demented but as I

understand "Which is true to mean the he is saying it is true. What

about you?

Love,

Alton

RE: [RamanaMaharshi] Re: Re: Re: My new member Introduction

My post was meant somewhat in jest Alton. About four years ago, I saw

the

post from Vijay about realizing God in 1993 on a different list (Yes,

this

has been going on for a while). It caused such hilarity at the time

that

when I see his posts about realizing God in 1993, sometimes I send

mine

about Realizing in 1980 (which is true).

Dear Alton,

Thanks for answering. I see what you mean - though his message was in

jest, there is also the "which is true" part that you point out. Thanks

for pointing that out. I think I'll leave that to Harsha! I agree with

what you said in another post - most folks when asked about statements like

these seem only too ready to say something more about it, even if it's to

say that there's nothing that can be said. Biut of course that's always up

to them. They either answer or not. There aren't a lot of conclusions you

can draw from their silence... Have you looked through the Teachers list

on NDS? Jerry has captured pithy statements like these from hundreds of

folks. Other websites use his list as a basis for their own list of

teachers. Maybe you've read through it already...
