It is a good question.

I feel attitude and personal integrity is everything.

If we have a pattern of behaviour that becomes manifest

in our style of communication we may learn

from this.

I certainly do.

I have learnt that conflict is a fast

means to change BUT causes pain

and is not the only way.

What have others learnt?
