I liked Nisargadatta's stuff, even though my wife said that it was his interpreters that were changing his words into their frame of reference, like Frydman the philosopher doing the transcribing. Then someone posted the real Nisargadtta and I no longer accepted him as my teacher. Ramama's presentations are very satisfying. I hope I dont someday find out the he too was a hypocrite. Unlikely though. "What has been of most practical use in your understanding?" That everyone is like they are because nothing is in their control. Its just a role they are playing and that nothing can happen unless the whole universe is making it happen. Therefore I accept everyone as they are including me who sometimes whats to change them. "What characteristics in your personality need improving? I would be most interested :-)" I no longer wish to be attracted to beautiful bodies, just beautiful hearts. Still somewhat stuck with that. When people are unfriendly if has an effect oh me still. .. The rest of me I like much and so does my beloved wife. Ask her how she sang my praises on her recent visit to the mainland.
