Dear Dan: I was not going to post for a while, just read and learn,

but I am going to tell of my insights.Everything I posted on Harsha

was all my own stuff. I just read about all these phony Gurus, when I

used to to the YOGA journal many years ago. Thank the

universe that I did not continue our subscription. Some members who

agreed with me emailed me and gave some support. Others on the board

were upset with my attacks. I am usually a little bit too intense and

the screws were tightened so the experience was taking my very high

joy level down. My mind was getting much too overactive and I hardly

slept. Though I tried to use every technique that has enabled me to

be able to sleep almost anytime I wished, they failed. I would have

used the whole night for sitting but I knew that I had to work and

carry out many duties the next day so I just tried to relax. My wife

noticed that happy visage was gone. I said that this is just

something I need to work on.Today my joy lever returned.Although I

have no interest in returning to HARSHA. I hold no ill will against

him and wish him all that he envisions for his Satsang.Would I return

if they asked me? I would have to so that I could apologize to the

group for being overly disruptive.My idea of a group is to have no

leader and no board. The alternative energy group that I have

participated in the past was quite an experience. I made some very

fine friends. When the board got out of hand discussing political

subjects, it always played itself out. Since I dont know any

spiritual boards like that, I will try this one.OK: Harsha, I would

like to apologize to you for laying my trip on you.
