What is 'seen' -- a bunch of individuals with 'assumed' histories and personalities? If so, an over-active imagination is at work. How about... the forms are 'seen', yet nothing but 'life-energy' is actually perceived, a single 'field' of 'life-energy'? This is 'seeing truly'. Is there such thing as "my body?" Or is it actually 'life energy here'? Is there a "here" as compared to a "there?"
