Hi Tony,

Well, I have been struggling earnestly to stop assuming anything

about others, so I will only say that when I look at my own mental activity,

it all appears to be projection. I feel comforted, however, by the

likely thought that the sentence just prior to this one is just projection.

(hmmm... perhaps I am not comforted by that thought after all...)

Love, Mark

ps do you ever feel confused by it all? I do.

Namaste Mark,

I have difficulty expressing myself a lot. I was watching the ant going

about his business in a seemingly detached patient way. I also was just

observing and came to the conclusion at that time, many years

ago. That surrender was the way for even the ant is cared for and part

of the scheme ........ONS......Tony.

Namaste Mark,

The mind is confusing or seems to be. I just accept that is what it's

nature is and try and rise above it.

I'm not confused by it all for I hang on to the thoughts of reality,

and discount the rest to a greater or lessor extent.

My English is a little confusing sometimes, so some latch on to my

mistakes and the way I say it, and not what I am trying to say.

However I know where I am going, roughly where I am at, and ultimately

its all a dream of some kind. There only is nirguna.....ONS...Tony.

Spirituality in Organizations Track

International Academy of Business Disciplines

Dear Colleagues:

There are several annual conferences or conference tracks about

spirituality, on the one hand, and management, work, or organizations on

the other. We would like to encourage you to consider writing and

submitting your work to the Spirituality in Organizations track at the

annual meeting of the International Academy of Business Disciplines

(IABD). The next IABD meeting is April 4-7, 2002, in Los Angeles, and

the submission deadline is November 17, 2001. You can find out complete

details of the meeting and submission guidelines at www.iabd.org.

Why would you want to attend the IABD meeting? Advantages of attending

the IABD conferences include:

· The IABD meetings attract about 300 people and cover all the business

disciplines, therefore,

· In addition to being able to attend or present at Spirituality in

Organizations track sessions, you will be able to attend or present at

tracks in your traditional discipline track. or at David Boje’s

post-modern track.

· If you get a paper accepted for presentation and publication, it will

be published in a Business Yearbook that is listed as a refereed journal

in Cabell’s.

· The meetings are quite friendly: most people come to learn with and

from each other, not to put down others’ research. The Spirituality in

Organizations track is friendly and very interactive.

· A core of people tend to come repeatedly and this leads to more

likelihood of developing friendships and collaborative projects with

others.

We encourage you to submit your work to the IABD’s Spirituality in

Organizations track. The track accepts theoretical and empirical work,

workshops, panel discussions, and even works in progress. If you don’t

need academic publication for your submission, we are open to very

innovative learning or experiential sessions. If you aren’t sure about

an idea you have for submission, feel free to contact us and ask about

it. The deadline for submissions is November 17, 2001. The conference

hotel is on a marina near the ocean in Los Angeles, April 4-7, 2002.

Thank you,
