I'm glad you are there to shed light in the workplace, and glad you are here. Would you say this interest in spirituality and work is a primarily U.S. phenomenon? This wisdom in the workplace - it's catching on here in the Big Apple at my law firm of approx. 2000 people. Several folks from my department (Information Systems) have just in the last few years begun hatha yoga, shoto-kan, meditation, Reiki, etc. Another colleague manages a firm-wide Christian discussion group.
