Guest guest
>>The other night, after waking from a few hours sound sleep, I asked myself a 'who...?' question (It may have been 'Who is feeling nice and warm and cosy?') and for a very short spell felt that I was on the verge of something wonderful and 'ripples' went all through me. I know not to take any notice of physical sensations like this but I do sometimes wonder quite if I am 'on the right track' - perhaps I should ask myself 'Who is lost?'>> I don't understand this. Why not take notice? It seems to me that the body has an inner sense that is useful. Why not trust it? I certainly understand the advice not to assume that one is a realized master and run around trying to give shaktipat because of some energy experience, but to reject it as meaningless also seems silly. There is a middle ground in which one does not take anything too seriously, nor too frivolously. If we never learn to find our own way, how will we find our way? Well, that's how it appears here, Mark
