I feel fear. It is very deep. Yes, i know intellectually that it is

illusory. But how does one rid oneself of fear at a soul level?

what IS fear?

How do we make it go away?

others may be of more help.

i am kinda new at this.

but anyway, giving it a shot.

fear is an illusion, correct.

within the ego.

ego has fear of death.

that is where i believe it comes from.

so it holds on by giving the illusion

to fear things, so it is safe and protected

from anything this one would do to make

it unsafe and unprotected.

the best advice i can give you at

this time, is picture yourself dead,

in a coffin, knowing that you (the body

and mind) are only here for a short time.

are you now willing to allow fear to hold

you back from enjoying life to the fullest?

take some chances. do something that

you fear but know you want to do.

accept your feelings, but let them go,

start with little steps if that is more

comfortable. see what opens up to you

thru that. (I am sure you have had times

where you feared something, but HAD to do

it for whatever reason, and afterwards thought,

hey that was okay, or hey that was great,

and there was no-thing to fear, which is the truth)

trust the way. keep walking

thru the fear, and trusting. it is amazing.

it will become easier going, to just do

what you want without fear.

no matter what we may think, all is well,

always. Trust.

thank you for this opportunity.

love,

Janet

The fear that is rooted very deep is to be absolutely alone always!

Not even a cat to pet or a tree to see...

The only antidote is to know U.L - as it offers no resistance to anything

and doesn't motivate to any action either...

Hence, U.L. is not distinct from 'freedom'.

Namaste All,

Fear is instinctive at the animal human level and has to do with

preservation triggers.

IMO Human fear is partly this and partly the fear that was born at

separation from the source. Living separate from the source is fear.

Even though there has been no separation and it is an

illusion...ONS...Tony.

Kidneys that lack or have an excess of "vital energy", can create emotional

fear, ( do a search on nutrition for ailing kidneys) ...ailing kidneys may

create ailing joints in and around the knees... maybe you can try to

detoxify your kidneys with natural herbs or homeopathy remedies followed

with proper nutrion ( all foods have their unique vital energy, for a

specific reason)... the Biological body can perform miracles, but it CAN NOT

manufacture it's own energy, it MUST be consumed.. to live...

p.s I have a recipe for the Cleansing of Kidneys.. if you choose to have it,

simply reply by e-mail K.. Love Always..
