** I favor Frank Herbert's mantra on 'fear' (from the /Dune/

books); 'Fear is a mind-killer, the little death."

This statement is true on two levels. It does indeed 'kill' the mind

through paralysis. It restricts forward motion by gripping us,

shrouding us. It makes us 'die' because we are afraid to move, to

change to grow, to become.

[[Today I had someone ask me which demon I was.]]

** Bless your sweet soul! You are nothing of the sort. You, like

all of us, are a child of God. Know this, take strength in this. To

question your faith is not to turn your back on your faith. It is to

explore the richness of all faith, or the totality of faith.

Christianity, like every other religion on our planet, is a 'front',

a form created by man. Reach beyond, pull back the curtain, look

past the facade to see the Divine Light of All That Lives.

[[.. and never found true happiness with myself and others until I

started my journey to enlightinment.]]

** Your Heart, your soul, is giving you the answer. Listen precious

spirit, listen to the gentle guidance of the All. Follow your

contentment, follow the peace.

[[but it goes against everything I have ever been taught.]]

** Christianity teaches 'knowing god' .. do this. Look beyond the

constructs of what Christianity has become, look deep into the

meaning of the message. Jesus told his disciples that they were

all 'sons of god'.

[[i am terrified!!]]

** And it is very real, very painful.

Seek bhakti, seek love & 'attachment to god'. Listen to your Heart,

let your prem come through .. for love's sake. Be devoted to God -

want nothing else. This will make fear run from you. Seek the

purity of love .. because Divine Love is sacred. It is the greatest

of all emotions, it will unite you with God.

Do not suppress your desires, seek eternal union, & Oneness will come

to you. Hear Gods' word, sing Gods' praise. See the presence of God

in all things, respect God like a beloved relative, be a channel of

Gods' impeccable love. Seek God, serve God, let Gods' Will be your

own. Cultivate this great love for God, like a precious flower, a

wondrous lotus. Be totally devoted to God, surrender & let God be

your charioteer. Let God drive your chariot, guide your senses .. &

you will arrive at your destination .. the Dwelling of Bliss Divine.

Do these things & your Heart will open. Fear, anger, pride, mental

torment .. all will run from you. Bhakti will bring you bliss,

peace, joy and knowledge. All anxiety, all worry, all fear, will

vanish.

>From this bhakti, jnana will be born. Jnana intensifies bhakti.

Even Sankara became a bhaktiyogin after Realization - enjoying the

full sweetness of Gods' embrace.

Om Santi, Santi, Santi ...
