Dear Dharma,

Thank you as ever for your wonderful

correspondence :-)

I am reminded that the spiritual person

would of course help the attacker . . .

I am in the process of becoming Jewish

(I have never really understood what this involves)

I always thought Jews get Saturday off

and eat salt beef and wear dread locks.

. . . and that is about it . . .

They also have a wailing wall

and also extra pretzels at Passover (whenever that is)

I am glad to have my knowledge widened :-)

I have heard that there are normal and liberal Jews.

I wish to be an anarchist Jew even if that is a minority

option. All the Jews I have met seem very kind

despite being traumatised by child skin removal.

I hope that will not be a requirement.

I have also heard that special baths are available

for menstruating women in the temple?

Also what's with the strap on boxes?

Maybe it's too weird? Perhaps I'll become

a shaman instead . . .

That little (?) detail is extreeemely important, and it would indeed be a

requirement.

I would tell you the story of Dinah, but some here might be offended. :)

Read it in Genesis 34; it tells how the sons of Jacob used that little

requirement to wipe out a whole city of Hittites. :)

Opt for shaman intacto, that's my advice. :)

Love,

Dharma
