dealing with anger

Hello All,

I hope everyone is doing well!!!You have all helped me so much

while I was dealing with fear. I have tried your ideas and read what

was suggested to me, and I feel much better. I know I am on the right

path. Now I have another problem ( anger). I have always been the

type to hold it all in, let people walk all over me. Always wanting

to be the good person, even if it ment not standing up for myself.

So, I have been dealing with some neighborhood problems, mostly

concerning my children. And I have alote of anger towards some other

parents in the neighborhood. How do I protect my children, release

the anger, and be a good person all in one, while not getting stepped

all over? So, I meditated this morning, I released the anger, and

feel better now, But I still want to defend my children and help them.
