What is the difference

Between your experience of Existence

And that of a saint?

 

The saint knows

That the spiritual path

Is a sublime chess game with God

 

And that the Beloved

Has just made such a Fantastic Move

 

That the saint is now continually

Tripping over Joy

And bursting out in Laughter

And saying, "I Surrender!"

 

Whereas, my dear,

I am afraid you still think

 

You have a thousand serious moves.

beloved gloria....hafiz is truly a great one among great ones....never

read this one....THANK YOU....oh....i have found this to be ever so

true....the greatest joy is not to be found either in winning or even

in losing but in realizing that the game only appears to come to an

end....laughing and playing in my beloved my beloved's adoring

eyes.....back into her shadow i go....^^~~~~~

All paths go

somewhere. No path goes nowhere. Paths, places, sights, perceptions,

and indeed all experiences arise from and exist in and subside back

into the Space of Awareness. Like waves rising are not different than

the ocean, all things arising from Awareness are of the nature of

Awareness. Awareness does not come and go but is always Present. It

is Home. Home is where the Heart Is. Jnanis know the Heart to be the

Finality of Eternal Being. A true devotee relishes in the Truth of

Self-Knowledge, spontaneously arising from within into It Self.
