Nisargadatta on Kundalini

I found this neat quote in a clipped pile of Nisargadatta gems I have

been contemplating.... I wonder if he isn't talking about Kundalini

here? --Paul

 

A quiet mind is all you need. All else will happen rightly, once your

mind is quiet. As the sun on rising makes the world active, so does

self-awareness affect changes in the mind. In the light of calm and

steady self-awareness, inner energies wake up and work miracles

without any effort on your part. (311)

Of course he is, this is as I have previously posted, the awakening

seems to come from the subconscious or higher mind. He does go on

about Self Awareness, which is in fact a spiritual

practice and meditation...ONS...Tony.
