>> As you are not joking, Linda, let's start small,

Send me money and I can start writing for a living.

I am in need of a sponsor to write my autobiography.

Oh and I promise you a billboard.

Again we will start small, one billboard at a time.

I am not joking either. <<

Dear Wim ~ I used to write for a living, among other things, and in

one of my many cause oriented positions, I assisted in putting

together a national billboard campaign. So, no...not joking. Perhaps

we can seek a sponsor together. I know you are not in the US, and am

a little fuzzy on where you are. Are there grants available for the

arts where you are? I have some experience with writing grants and

could perhaps assist you. My intention for now is to stay clear as

possible during this family explosion, complete my move to NM, get

settled, and then get at being what I'm here to do ("speak love

through form, vision, and song") in total earnest. This includes

several books which I have on draft, but have not completed or sent

out feelers to publishers for. Do you have any beginning yet? An

outline? A draft? You never know, with just this much, you might

interest a publisher and get an advance. Perhaps we can encourage

each other in our work and donate part of the proceeds of our success

to the billboard campaign. (I used to always think that if I ever won

the lottery, I would set up my own nonprofit, just to foster the

issues I have spent a lifetime on, which is mostly the needs of

hurting children.) Shanti ~ Linda

Dear Linda,

If you have spent your life on the needs of children, you

have already won the lottery.

Love, Glo

Dear

Linda,

Just want

to write to you quickly that I appreciate your post.

The idea

of an outline is slowly emerging… good thing is that my memory is slowly being

restored over the last few years.

I have

reams of already written material, am actually looking for a different format than

the usual autobiography. I saw a large edition of Jack Kerouac’s work, I love that

format, kind of notebook like.

Love, Wim
