Self Inquiry Question

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the list. I have been reading everything for 2 or 3

weeks. Some of the postings really touch my heart, some go right

over my head, and some are very witty. ( Please note, that I did not

say some seem a bit cranky.)

Anyway, I have been doing self inquiry for a very short time (2

months) and I have a question. Actually, I have a hundred questions,

but I'll settle for one.

Could someone please tell me if self inquiry should be done 24/7 or

should you do it only in your leisure time? Thank you for any help

you can give me.

 

Now I know how Harsha felt, I don't quite know how to end. Well,
