Guest guest
Dear Greg, I was just visiting the NDS files and perked up at seeing the name Suzanne Segal. I read _Collision with the Infinite_ when I was pregnant and to say the very least, it profoundly affected me. Profoundly. In fact, it threw me into a radical and blissful "no me" perspective for a couple of months. The abrupt passing of that experience (coincidentally? during Ananda's birth) was as radical as its arrival and left me feeling quite disoriented. You indicated that you knew of Suzanne, more than the average "I read her book" type, like me, and I have to ask you.... I had heard from someone that at the end of her life she had pretty much invalidated her story. I didn't know what to make of that, especially since reading her words hit home so hard in my own experience. I would be eager to know what you know about that, mainly out of sheer curiosity. Was this person who said that correct? And do you know if Suzanne died in peace? Love, Kheyala P.S. I also read in one of Ramesh's books, that he had said her experience was "not it." I guess it goes without saying, but wait! I'm saying it... ....that of course an experience, by its nature, comes and goes.
