Guest guest
All those people wanting to see all the possible news channel brought me back to install cable for TV this week. The demand was so high. I can only be grateful for this opportunity that was given to me. I have been in the home of a Japanese couple trading my boots for the sandals they offered with humility. I have been in the home of Moroccan, Algerian, Afghans and Palestinians, despite of their fear of going out and their children being attacked at school by other children who are only children, their heart was open to welcome me as soon a I stepped in. If have been received by black peoples from all over the world. By a new arrived American couple from Chicago who has fallen in love with the peoples in Montreal, to take their word. I have seen homes from Spain, France, Australia, England, and a few french and english Canadians. I have seen the world just by in the homes on a few corners of street. I usually made from 50 to 100 $ of tip a week when I do this job. I am proud to say that not a single client offered me a tip in money this week - that starts on Tuesdays for me.. They all gave me what I value the most, their humanity and their time. Each one met was seeking back the essential in their respective culture and yet their deep humanity is what has came out. I have been really amazed by the beauty of the human being that as been reflected in all those home I had a chance to see. Thank you for reading, And thank you to each one who has open the door with such humble and open humanity. You are beautiful, Antoine
Guest guest
Antoine, you are a peach! It is so like God to bring compassion into folks' homes along with the cable. Holly
