Yes Kheyala,

In 'Stillness' all movement is transparent and 'Stillness'

remains unbroken.

Everything I know is saying, "Move! Do something!" Yet, that very

movement is the cause of the smothering. The movement IS the

smothering. Utter stillness is like fresh air and if I move, I start

to gasp. It is almost like a paralysis that is caused by movement.

Can that be? My fingers are moving themselves right now across this

keyboard, while I am still. There is a movement that does not come

from me. This is freedom. Total freedom of movement, yet I am still.

I just wanted to let you know how good your message made me feel. It

made me feel very, very good. That God smiles in you is not a

surprise.
