Guest guest
Last week I was in constant tears of grieving from the horrible tragedy. This week I'm in constant tears of ... I can't even think of the right word, but it isn't tears of grief any longer. .. It isn't tears of joy, as I'm still saddened by this whole affair. I am just so damn proud of how everyone has come together from all around the world. Wherever I look, love is pouring out to and from each other. Seeing and feeling this love is impossible to express in words. It must be tears of love. In awe, xxxtg

For some strange and wondrous reason, almost instantly, an incredible calmness settled on me when I learned of the tragedy. I am more serene than I thought possible before. The strange and beautiful workings of the One. With Love, Mazie >

Even the Republicans and Democrats are uniting in a way no one ever thought possible! I had to ask myself what is so different with this whole scenario that allows people to come together, to stand behind the President with his difficult decisions, to continue to love and bond more and more instead of separating into sides. Why, even during this time, can the democrats and republicans, and pretty much every person, stand side by side, when they never really have before? I saw that we would usually fight a part of the whole -- a country, an organization, or certain people, ie. Ben Laden. But this isn't a fight about countries or people and creating more separation in the world. It finally became about eliminating terrorism in the world once and for all. It became about the whole and uniting the world in peace in a way that has never been done before. People can feel that. I can feel it. And we can all stand behind that. I am terribly proud to be an American these days. But even moreso than that, I am proud to be a part of this amazing world. Does anyone know if a ribbon exists now we can wear that represents the whole? If not, how about us here at HS creating one? Thanks for your constant calming presents you give us, Mazie. You are beautiful! Love, xxxtg

I have been aware of a profound sense of deep peace and calm, in the midst of grieving, which descended along with the tragic events of last Tuesday. I have felt more centered and more aware of a palpable presence that one might call God, than ever before. It is as if a deep, silent 'voice' guides throughout the day and night. Through this state of grace it feels easier to bear the weight of the loss, grief, and emotions of others. With much love, Jill JIll
