The commentary starts with "Refusal of violence is love for all creatures, refusal of stealing is love for one's neighbors, refusal of covetousness is remaining the dignity of oneself, truthtelling is maintaining the dignity of society, continence is not exploiting women for one's own pleasure. [...]" It is obvious that adopting the above as lifestyle will result in a surplus of life-energy... That will "cure" an eventual broken heart swiftly...
