Thanks for writing that and giving me some idea of how the mind mirror works and the method that was used to reach the result in the book. I assume there is a graphical representation of the readout here and that's how the readout can look like the diagram you drew. Good luck in getting in touch with the researcher and try her machine out. You must tell me how it went if you ever get to do that. You prefer coffee to brain wave entrainment for a quick wake up in the morning ? As a schoolgirl I frequently got too little sleep each night and devised a simple breathing exercise to speed up waking. I stopped when the method really felt like it was pushing the heart more than what seemed healthy. Thanks for typing that info up.
