Dear all,

 

why should it come as a big surprise that this world is replete with warfare

and genocide, germs and diseases, whorehouses and drug problems?

 

Let us remember the simple reason for this fact. That reason is that our

planet serves as a school for spiritually retarded souls - us!

( members may apply for exemption.)

 

Those souls who have finished their schooling here go on to higher realms.

Those that still have lessons to learn come back here. They will, of

necessity, be imperfect. Some of them, the ones in the lower grades mainly,

may be fanatical, hateful, even murderous.

 

This debate is like wondering why sixth-graders can't do neuro-surgery. If

they could, they wouldn't be in sixth grade in the first place!

It could only come as a surprise when being attached - when phrases like

"my spouse, my house, my career" still have a meaning. Otherwise, the planet

is seen like a speck of dust in the infinity of space - one of no importance

as the probability of "truly" intelligent life in the vastness is high - that

message sounds in certain myths and legends.

How could a soul be retarded? That makes it a kind of container with

certain properties. Advancement and retardation are but the sides

of the same coin. The Self in neither born nor dies hence isn't subjected

to anything.

That is one theory of reincarnation. But how often actually even a few

fragments are recalled? It is correct to say "the thread continues"

but what does that mean? No more but the identification

("i" as victim, doer etc.) regarding some events.

Without the identification, "just" events, observations.

Well, those 6 graders who remembered to have been a surgeon in the "previous"
