Guest guest
An old one written 4 months ago, but one that bears repeating on occasion. Enjoy What Name Do I Call Myself My heart breaks at the abuse of travesty Of pretend injustice of all the keep. Is there light within the mind Of those who seek to defy The natural laws of nature's way Of choosing wrong and right. Are we not the many faces of the one Spirit of truth, even when we live a lie How we continue to die and Spend valuable energy pointing fingers And judging the egos of others. Condemning them and ourselves To judgements of destructive guilt. Bemoaning the terrible lives Of those who control and maim. Our fellow mirrors, and yet we call names Directed at those we have little respect for. Our own self judgement becomes apparent In our ugliness that we see in others Shall we seek to open our hearts To those who murder, rape, and lie Abuse, lose, and choose to die. Shall we embrace them to our hearts And show them their own light, So that they may rejoice and be free >From their own pain and misery.
