Guest guest
This information is being distributed to more lists than I have time to monitor. If you wish to reply so that I respond to you - please cc your reply to my personal email address christopher _______________ This information is for any person who has ever taken or been prescribed any of the Ritaloid derivatives that are commonly used for ADD etc. This is a known side effect for this particular family of drugs - there may be other side effects from Prozac etc which I have not yet become familiar with. Ritaloids can cause a break down of the walls of the micro blood vessels and also the neural sheaths of the brain. Many of the spiritual practices can cause a haemorage of these weakened areas leading to all sorts of complications and possibly more permanent injury. If you have ever taken Ritaloids, it would be very worth while going to a professional Herbalist and getting a supplement to assist the repair of this damage. This process can take 12 months - during which time, you could save yourself a lot of pain and heartache by stopping - or at least modifying your spiritual practices - at least to a passive participation. Known practices which can be detrimental .. Spinal rolls (in particular) in Hatha Yoga Prayanama - or intense breathing exercises which are designed to raise the energy - and this includes the Tantric Cobra breath ANY form of Kundalini raising practice ANY of the TAO exercises like the micro or macro-cosmic orbit ANY rebirthing practice which requires or leads to any form of cathartic release many of the deep tissue bodywork practices can also deed to very deep bruising - especially of the tissues along the bone surfaces .. If you are a teacher of any of these practices, it would may be beneficial to check each of your clients or students .. == Christopher Wynter
