Guest guest
jb [kvy9] :If this were samadhi, I for one wouldn't want it. Most likely then, you wouldn't want Shakti firing up every cell of the mind-body either, as it will burn out all opinions into mootness irrespective of like/dislike, higher/lower. Perhaps a good idea, praying to remain exempted from what certainly would be classified as "the ultimate ordeal". Cheers, Jan ***************************** Dearest brother Jan, I suffered in a horrific fashion for many years in college when Kundalini Shakti erupted in me at the age of 18 and the massive, overwhelming force of the unconscious made itself felt in my conscious waking life every second of day and night. I became very thin and my optic nerves and the nervous system became hyper stimulated. I am sure there are better ways on the spiritual path and that total decimation is not a general rule! :-). Those like Michaelji who have the grace of their Guru are likely to find the path smooth and easy. My teacher used to say gradually, gradually, gradually........Sri Lahiri Mahasya, the Guru of Sri Yukteshwar, who was the Guru of Swami Yogananda used to say "Banat Banat Ban Jaye" meaning, it seems like its happening, happening, happening, and then before you know it, it has happened. Love to all Harsha

I didn't ask for anything, yet after apperception, it didn't take long for unknown sensations to appear. They were met with curiosity, i started to concentrate on them to the exclusion of everything else, even while performing duties. The changes in "outlook on life" went so fast that not a single reference remained as nothing turned out to be what it formerly was thought to be. The only certainty was that it didn't really matter because as a figure of speech, i was a "dead one". So there was no fear, whatever surfaced from the subconscious could be dealt with in a harmless way. It took but 8 months for the Shakti to reach and stay in the crown center. No teacher, no scriptures, no help... Just the proverbial "visit to Yama" and the character trait called "consistency". Love, Jan
